Shipping Delivery Policy
Sticky Lips utilizes the services of Australia Post for all of its postage and transport requirements.
Items bought through our internet service will be forwarded to the customer via Australia Post.
All items are wrapped with care, depending on item, bubble wrap and box.
The following conditions apply.
1/ Payment for the items must be received before the order will be packed and sent.
2/ All efforts will be made to pack the items in such a way as to reduce the risk of damage whilst in transit however if uninsured, items will travel entirely at the buyers risk. This includes Items Lost or Damaged in transit.
3/ Parcels can be insured through our website, at the checkout stage of purchase, and is highly recommended
4/ If an order is incorrectly filled and sent by Sticky Lips all postage costs associated rectifying the order will be the responsibility of Sticky Lips.
Important, Please Note!! We here at Sticky Lips do our utmost to ensure items arrive to you in a safe and reasonable manner. However, we are not responsible for any damage or lost items at the hands of Australia Post after it leaves our premises.
To guarantee the complete safety of your package please choose the option for insured shipping through our website.
For ANY & ALL items you choose to send WITHOUT insurance, in the event of a lost or damaged parcel, NO responsibility will be taken by Sticky Lips, any grievances must be taken up directly with AUSTRALIA POST by phoning 131118.
Postage costs are automatically calculated via Australia Post through our website upon checkout of your shopping cart, simply select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout, enter your details and the postage costs will be displayed, at this point you can choose to decline or accept. Next you select the preferred method of postage and to confirm your order make payment of goods, please note that the system will not hold any personal information until payment is made.
Shipping will be sent by Express Post satchel, depending on what time of the day your order is shipped and your location will determine the arrival time. Australia Post suggests it will take between 2 to 3 days (please bear in mind seasonal peaks and public holidays).
